Come aboard our sailing catamaran with only your own group — a couple, a family, a crew of friends — and sail the caldera the way you want to sail it. Linger an extra half hour where the swimming is perfect. Skip what does not interest you. Ask the captain to find a quieter bay.

Our crew runs the day around you: navigation, safety, food and local knowledge, in Greek and English, while you do exactly as much or as little as you please on deck.

The classic private itinerary explores the volcanic coastline that makes Santorini unlike anywhere else in the Aegean — adjusted to your wishes and the weather:

• Red Beach, Black Beach and White Beach — the coloured volcanic coves of the south coast, including stretches reachable only by boat.
• The clear waters off Akrotiri and Mesa Pigadia — unhurried swim and snorkel stops away from the beach crowds.
• The volcano and hot springs — warm mineral water beside Nea Kameni, in the middle of the caldera.
• The caldera panorama — Fira and Oia stacked white on the cliff tops, seen from the water below.
