If you’ve never sailed before, it’s fair to wonder what actually happens on a Santorini catamaran cruise — and what’s included in the price. Here’s exactly what to expect on the day, so you can relax and enjoy it.
Food and drinks on board
A proper catamaran cruise is not a quick boat ride — it’s a half-day experience with a full meal cooked on board. On our cruises the crew prepares a fresh BBQ with chicken and shrimp, Greek salads and appetisers, and pasta, all made fresh during the trip. Drinks are included too, both soft drinks and local wine and beer, so there’s nothing extra to buy once you’re aboard.
Swimming, snorkelling and the hot springs
The catamaran stops at several of Santorini’s best swim spots. You’ll have snorkelling gear provided, time to float in the clear water at the White Beach and Red Beach, and a chance to swim near the volcanic hot springs. Towels are provided, and there’s a swimming platform and shaded deck so everyone stays comfortable between stops.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are the drinks really unlimited?
Santorini wine, beer, soft drinks and water are included and poured throughout the cruise. There is no bar tab waiting at the gangway.
What if I'm vegetarian or vegan?
Tell us at booking and the crew prepares a full alternative — pasta Napolitain, oven-baked ratatouille and vegetable dishes from the same grill. Allergies are handled the same way, with advance notice.
Is hotel transfer genuinely included?
Yes, round-trip and island-wide. If your hotel sits in a pedestrian lane, the driver meets you at the nearest drivable point, arranged before the day.
What is not included?
Only deliberate extras: SUP boards and canoes on private charters, or embarkation at the Old Port of Fira, both arranged and priced in advance. Bring a swimsuit, sunscreen and a hat — the boat covers the rest.
