Before you sail
Asked every summer,
answered honestly
Everything guests ask before booking a Santorini catamaran cruise — pickup, food, weather, seasickness and the small print. Anything else, we are one WhatsApp message away.
Do you offer transportation to/from the hotel/marina?
Free roundtrip transportation is included in your cruise price. We arrange the pick-up from your hotel (or, in case your hotel is not accessible by car, at the nearest convenient location) and drop you back after the cruise.
Is there an option for lunch or dinner at a restaurant during the cruise?
Our cruises include a full, restaurant-like BBQ meal onboard, including appetizers such as grilled mushrooms, grilled feta cheese, traditional Greek salad, and for the main course fresh fish, chicken skewers, pasta Napolitain or oven-baked ratatouille.
What is the capacity limit of the vessels?
Each Semi-Private Catamaran Cruise carries a comfortable number of guests — we cap every sailing well below the boat's licensed maximum, so the deck never feels crowded.
Do you offer embarkation/disembarkation at the Old Port of Fira?
Embarkation and/or disembarkation at the Old Port of Fira is possible and can be accommodated on Private Cruises at an extra charge. Bear in mind that on occasion, this may only happen via tender boat, thus it is not recommended for guests with mobility issues.
Do you provide snorkeling equipment, water toys like SUP boards, canoes or towels onboard?
On Semi-Private Daily Cruises, we provide standard snorkelling equipment and towels onboard. On Private Cruises and Charters to other islands, upon request and at an extra charge, we also offer SUP boards and canoes.
Will I be able to join a Catamaran cruise if I get easily seasick and/or cannot swim?
In case you are concerned about seasickness, we provide travel gums onboard, and the crew is always there to make you feel comfortable and help you enjoy the cruise to the fullest. If you do not wish to swim, you can remain onboard and enjoy the open bar and the traditional Greek dishes prepared by our crew. Every vessel is fully equipped with life jackets, as our top priority is every guest's safety.
Are there any vegetarian or vegan options for the onboard meal?
Regarding the BBQ meal onboard, in case you are vegetarian or vegan we offer pasta Napolitain or vegan oven-baked ratatouille with eggplants, potatoes, mushrooms, zucchini, garlic, onion and tomato sauce.
What is your cancellation policy?
Regarding semi-private cruises, no fee is charged for cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the charter date. Regarding private cruises, no fee is charged for cancellations made 4 days prior to the charter date. No extra fee is required to change your reservation date, subject to availability. In case of cancellation due to severe weather conditions, 100% of the amount is refunded.
Is it worth doing a boat tour in Santorini?
The caldera of Santorini is one of the most unique landscapes in the world, and discovering it by boat is the best way to do so. Sailing past the iconic coastline of Santorini, with its white houses perched at the top of tall black cliffs, is a jaw-dropping experience to say the least.
How can I pay for my cruise?
You can pay by credit, debit or prepaid card through the bank's secured payment gateway. All payments are in Euro. Booking online takes a few minutes, and no fee is charged to change your reservation date, subject to availability.
